Help us get ready for our big annual Desert Harvesters fundraiser mesquite milling and organic mesquite pancake breakfast at the Dunbar/Spring Community Garden on Nov. 8th. To prepare we need to get the Dunbar/Spring Community Garden spruced up, pruned up, cleaned up, planted for the fall season, and mulched. So, Sunday, Oct. 19th at 9am we will have a big clean up/prep party at the Community Garden. Please come help wearing garden work clothes, and bring gardening tools such as pruning saws, rakes, shovels, weed wackers, and wheelbarrows (we have some on hand, but more would be great). The garden is on the northwest corner of 11th Ave and University Blvd. in the Dunbar/Spring neighborhood just north of downtown Tucson (between Main and Stone, and between Speedway and 6th St).
