New folks are encouraged to come join existing WMG Co-op members for our first local foods potluck. Come and find out about the green infrastructure programs offered by WMG’s Sweat equity co-op (www.watershedmg.org/co-op). Bring a local-food dish to share. Dana Helfer from Desert Harvesters will give an interactive native-foods presentation following the potluck. The presentation will give an overview of identification, harvest and preparation of a variety of native food sources. The event is free. Donations toward room rental accepted but not mandatory.
