Cornville Mesquite Milling & Pancake Breakfast

Location: Casey’s Corner (junction of Cornville Rd and Page Springs Rd)

Pancake Time: 9 am – noon
Serving up Live Music and Organic Mesquite Pancakes (gluten-free) with Prickly Pear Syrup.

Milling Time: 10 am – 3 pm
Bring your mesquite pods and get them ground into flour. Milling fee: $1 per gallon of whole pods.

Cooking with Mesquite Demo: noon – 1 pm, with Kryssi Gala

Beer & Wine Tasting: at the Desert Market from 12 noon – 6 pm

Mesquite flour, baked goods, recipe books, free recipes and more will be available.

Reminder: When you bring your mesquite pods make sure they are clean, dry (pods snap in two when bent) and free of rocks and twigs.
