Enjoy seasonal Sonoran Desert flavors and unique recipes with other interested folks in this tasty educational series. Learn to harvest, process, store, and create desert delicacies with tried & tested recipes plus tips to invent your own specialties. Workshops include discussion and resources for creating Sonoran Desert foodscapes in your yard and neighborhood. These Harvest & Cook workshops follow up on free preceding-Thursday-afternoon demos at the Santa Cruz River Farmers’ Market.

Description: Join us for a barrel-cactus-fruit harvest, preparation, and feast! Holiday fare features drinks & specialties from Bean Tree Farm & farmer friends around Baja Arizona.
